⚔️ What to Expect
Whether you're stepping into your first Capture The Flag or you're already an experienced competitor, there'll be plenty of challenges waiting for you.
Compete against other teams by solving cybersecurity puzzles across a range of categories, discovering hidden flags and earning points to climb the live leaderboard.
Bring your friends or take on the challenge solo; it's entirely up to you. Every challenge is a chance to learn something new while having fun with fellow cyber enthusiasts.

The top-performing teams will battle it out for a share of our $350 prize pool, with winners announced at the conclusion of the competition.

Penetration Testing Test 2 Workshop

We are back with another workshop! You will be working through 6 flags (Windows + Linux, easy → hard), with a quick briefing at the start and a debrief on solutions & best practices at the end.
If you aren't enrolled in this unit, and would like to learn some pen-testing techniques, feel free to join!
(Note: Students from other universities; please select the other university ticket -- this costs $10; failure to do so will result in denial of entry)

Event Description:
Do you not know where to start learning Cyber Security? Because I did. I ended up teaching myself and it was a longer process than needed. So I'm going to be teaching you guys. It is preferred to have some experience with a programming language, the lower level the better. However, I'll be starting from the basics so even if you don't know programming at all I'll take some time during the social hour to answer any questions you may have.

Cryptography Workshop

This workshop will focus on Cryptography. For students enrolled in 'Fundamental Concepts of Cryptography' (and of course, anyone interested), the goal is to build on the fundamental theory covered in the unit, enabling you to confidently apply cryptographic techniques in a variety of real-world contexts. Learn to encrypt and decrypt:
Files at rest or in an email,
A USB,
HD Partitions,
A Linux Operating System,
Endpoints/Sockets.,
